If it IS similar, then you can expect to have hard boobs for a while, since they'll put in a weird hard balloon thing in there and slowly stretch out the skin by inflating it little by little over several months by sticking a needle in it. >__> Nah those are expanders, usually replaced by permanent larger ones afterwards when used for people outside of reconstructive use.
