Topic	Kokoro's top 100 anime of the past five years.

The original series is often considered to be an all time great among fans for its colorful cast of characters and insane atmosphere. Season 2 was separated into three parts with Ketsu being the last one. IMO the first two parts were okay but they simply introduced too many characters and it became a big mess. However, Ketsu is like a reward for sitting through those as everything finally comes together. It brings you back to what the original was like with more focus on the original core characters. Most of the cast in ketsu (actually maybe all of it) is from either previous parts in the second season or from the original. For the most part Celty is the central character, which is nice because she's among the most popular. But basically all the original main cast have important roles to fill. Most of them play out their parts like you'd expect but a couple might surprise you if you don't know much about the series outside of the anime. The story, again, is a continuation from the previous parts in the season (and to an extent from S1). However, there is a lot more focus on a central story a bit later on as they've been leading all the paths to a point in typical DRRR fashion. They do take some liberties here and there but for the most part it brings things to a somewhat satisfying conclusion until something like S3 comes along. Not much else to say without just going through a lot of spoilers. You basically have like 50ish episodes to even get to this part and fans have already seen it. If you're on the fence about S2 I think Ketsu makes it worth it.
