She has a boyfriend. Be respectful and either wait until they break up or move on.

This. Don't be a scumbag homewrecker.

That is dumb. That advice is why I am where I am now.

Is she happy or unhappy in her relationship? If the former, don't pursue and follow that poster's advice. Now, if it's the latter, then I suggest you try to be her friend and mix some subtle flirting in there, BUT don't make any advances on her until she starts to question your motives. Once that starts happening, you slowly start chipping away at that opportunity should she give it to you because those "what if's" will start to float around in her mind. But I'm going to warn you now, she better be someone you truly want to be with and you have an incredible amount of patience because this little game can last anywhere from months... to years.

One girl took me 3 months to break off from her BF, and another (the one I'm currently with right now) took me 2 and a half years to do so. It's a very long and agonizing process, and I don't recommend it to anyone, honestly. I succeeded because of personal factors (e.g. my personality, appearance, attitude), but what I told you is how I did it. I simply just became friends with them and worked my way to becoming romantically attractive to them by showing them who I was.
