Topic	Reading Naruto for the first time (tag spoilers please)

I wanna say my favorite side-character is Anko, but I haven't seen or read actual Naruto stuff in years so I can't tell if that's because she's an actually good character, or if I only like her so much due to fanfiction portrayals. Was she as underutilized as I can only assume she totally was? Yup. She literally does nothing of usefulness (literally, nothing) the whole time she's in the series, not counting filler.
