Good for TC. I do t know of I trust him in that role but nice he stays with the org. Wonder what happens to Riccardi Dan Warthen, who has been the Mets Pitching Coach since 2008, will not return as New York's Pitching Coach, and has been offered another role in the organization. Bench Coach Dick Scott, First Base Coach Tom Goodwin, Bullpen Coach Ricky Bones will be given permission to speak to other teams, pending the selection of a new manager. Will miss warthen but I guess he killed our pitchers. Keeping him around to teach that warthen slider he's famous for. Goodwin and Bones were cool dudes. The Mets will retain coaches Kevin Long and Pat Roessler along with Third Base Coach Glenn Sherlock who is already under contract for 2018. -Great news. I met these guys before. They're really smart and know what they're doing. ................. Ray Ramirez, who has been the Mets Head Trainer since the 2005 season, will not return in 2018. ............ OH MY GODDDDDDDD IT FINALLY FUCKING HAPPENED JRDKKESOOEJEOEKEKEKWKSKSKE I HAVE BEEN WAITING 10 YEARS FOR THIS FUCKING DAY!!!!!!!!!! THE METS CURSE IS FINALLY OVER OMFG WE CAN ACTUALLY STAY HEALTHY NOW OMG (I mean they will still be dumb and make awful decisions about injuries but now it will be like when it's a NORMAL team injuries, not a CURSED set of injuries) Oh my god this is the most amazing thing ever I'm so happy. Our curse is finally broken.
