I think Tara actually made the right move there, as rocks is a dangerous gamble. Locky will probably win immunity next episode though and she will be gone then anyway. Yeah... it was the wrong move for Pete, Jericho, and Michelle though. They should have voted out Tara, because not only was Ziggy willing to vote Locky out but she could beat him in a challenge. Tara, being a "stay-at-home mom" would not be able to beat Locky. Ziggy was their best hope, followed by Jericho. Also, why vote Michelle if you're going to rocks? Don't you want to protect someone who could beat Locky (and tell him that's why they're the target)? Ringworm posted... Ep 23 preview spoiler:The winner of the next challenge gets a car. Did anyone in the US ever win both the car AND the cash when it used to be a prize? I seem to remember it never happened and even someone who won the car being why they later got voted out. Haven't rewatched earlier series like I know a lot of you have, and relying on memories from over a decade ago, so that is probably all made up though... Take this from a historian: Nope. The "car curse" was a big thing in the old-school seasons (though they did a car in Fiji also, it was otherwise just the old school seasons). Nobody won the car AND the cash and, yes, sometimes they were voted out just because they'd won the car. Surprised that they're bringing it back here - they must have a sponsor. But whoever wins it won't be winning the $$$. Ponderosa (or "Jury Villa" there): The camera work when they see themselves in the mirror is AWFUL. They DELIBERATELY deny us seeing their face. What's the point in showing us this if we don't get to see their facial expression? (Was all redeemed with the jury's welcoming rap, which was one of the best moments of any Ponderosa series since Heroes vs. Villains).
