Topic	How do I confront my neighbors about their kids spitting at people.

It's the parents and their 4 children living in a small apartment and the kids are out of control. I get kids will be kids but the parents refuse to discipline them anytime they act out. If someone does approach the kids the parts go wild. I haven't personally gone to the landlords yet but after getting spit at today while coming hope from lunch I think i'll have to say something first to the parents, then if they don't solve the problem, the front office.
