There is no rhyme or reason to punishment in the NFL. Cheating is still pretty rampant. Ticket prices and concessions are still crazy high. The rules changes have made the game less enjoyable, but I guess that is not a bad thing if they are due to safety reasons. That said, the issues with CTE still exist. That said, the country is so divided and they don't want politics in something that for the most part have been devoid of them.
