I don't find his point correct at all, I don't have full control of the situation of what my family does with the cats & I certainly can't control how much people speed in the neighborhood, the only thing I did was file a complaint to the mayor's office to get people actually to obey the speed limit on the main residential road because we had people breaking that law for the past few years now. This neighborhood has a lot of pets outside, and eventually it will happen to another family. --- It's not stupidity, it's something much worse.
