Topic	Is Trump proving to be a racist based on how he's dealing with Puerto Rico?

Maybe this would be a solid reason why, because any half decent president who isn't human garbage would be helping them. And the sad part is Trump is pretty enough that I could see him not doing it because "They don't like me! They don't get any help!" There's certain things that even being used to hurricanes can't fix, like when your infrastructure is so badly damaged it'll take months to have the power grid up and running again.
