Being aggressively unmotivated isn't particularly unusual in depression cases, usually courtesy of the sense that the person is so worthless that there's no point in trying to help them. I never said it wasn't, but he shows major signs of abnormal social behavior and constant failure to understand what is real, along with reduced social engagement. If he had anxiety or past substance-use disorders, I might think he suffers from schizophrenia. But after all the past PM's with him, I'd wager he's just a sociopath. :/ While your intentions are honorable, you're wasting time. He's purposely dug the hole he's in, so I suggest you avoid wasting time unless he requests the help.
