No it doesn't. Nothing wrong with pointing out hypocrisy in-context, or criticizing him for making such points. This kind of proactive personal harassment is just outright bullying, though, and acting as though his life situation should be blamed on him personally instead of on his mental health issues is a gross misunderstanding of the nature of mental health.
