I liked Shido's except for all the stupid mouse sequences, but I think it was mostly for all the cutaways to Shido and Akechi in the real world once you got a letter. Those were really cool. Futaba's is probably the best overall because I liked the design and the puzzles. Kaneshiro's is really solid despite him being a totally forgettable bad guy in every way. Okumura's is hit or miss for me. I enjoyed the part where you were jumping from airlock to airlock, and the boss sequence was surprisingly fun, but the rest of it sucked.
