For example: Interviewer: Now that you listed your strengths, what are some of your weaknesses? Me: Public speaking, but I've been putting in a great amount of effort to improve upon it. Interviewer: How so? Me: I joined the health and safety committee at work where I have to give small monthly presentations in front of people, and I'm always open to feedback about how I can improve upon the presentations. Stuff like that. The example you give doesn't even have to be work related. I could easily change it to be something like "I run a weekly board game night with friends where I'm expected to do lengthy monologues in front of them, and that has gotten me more comfortable talking in front of people" (basically a fancy way of saying I'm a DM) --- Assassins do it from behind. ...
