free speech is funny in that it only applies to what the government can do to you.

that's it.

no one else. you tell a business owner you're going to punch him in the taint, he can kick you out. because he does not need to follow the first amendment, because he isn't part of the government.

it means that you can't get in trouble from the government for what you say (lol you absolutely can though). just as you're free to call trump a douchy queef bag, so is he in calling you a jackass bitch king. now if you called him a cobblestone dick smasher, and he threw you in jail for it, then that would be a violation of free speech.
