He's an absolute bitch. He's an adult yet he'll do that thing that little children will do where they hold their hand over their mouth and whisper something so you know he's shit talking you, and he'll do it right in front of you. He's always been possessive of my cousin and wants her attention, so he's openly vindictive in front of her boyfriend, just flat-out mocking them and not even making any effort to hide his jealousy. If you inconvenience him in any way he'll try and get gossipy and turn people against you. And I once heard him say in the snobbiest tone, "I don't know how ugly people survive. If I were ugly, I just wouldn't know what to do with myself!" and then give an uppity laugh.

He's like a cartoon character, he's so over-the-top full of himself.
