Great game. Status effects were way too strong though. That's literally all I did to beat Gore and most of the game, honestly, was just apply status effects and keep myself up. They did sooooo much more damage than my actual attacks.

Gore and some of the endgame bosses are the only hard encounters, and the only reason is because Gore brings his wtfstrong Secret Service Agents and the endgame bosses are immune to most status effects.

Even Gore can be cheesed with status effects though. Seriously, pick Jimmy as your teammate and keep having him put the agents to sleep while you throw potions at him and Gore goes down in a heartbeat, especially if you put 5 stacks of bleeding on him.

Bleeding breaks the game, seriously. Get a multi-hit ranged weapon, put a bleed-inducing mod on it and you inflict a status that makes the enemy lose like 40% of his max HP every round. Add other stuff like burning, slowed and grossed and it really gets ridiculous.
