Colin Kaepernick is not under arrest by any law enforcement agents in the US, nor will he ever be for kneeling during the National Anthem. None of those NFL teams have to fire anyone just because the president would like to see it happen. They can all tell him to fuck off, and they won't have to worry about being imprisoned. I don't feel comfortable with harsh social punishments that can impact citizens who speak openly and offensively, but this is, sadly, the current state of affairs when it comes to public speech and actions that can be included as such. Time and time again, we've been reminded by the Left that it's Ok to destroy people's lives if they insult someone else, and that this is not a free speech issue anyway.
