Topic	my depression won't go away starter pack

If I smoke weed and go for a hike or disc golf its fuckin magical I think weed is too easy a crutch for when you're sad and want to numb yourself, though. It's treating the symptoms and ignoring the cause, or at least has been in my personal experience. The starterpack is accurate, but it's also fair to say that all of these things are also symptoms of depression.
