I can't say for sure because I've never been but I imagine Texas. Steaks, bbq and mexican. Omfg that's like heaven. I live in CA. There's nothing specific really about our food here unless your talking about that up it's own ass shit like deconstructed lasagnas and burgers at some pompous neck beard centric bar. The town a bit over from me has all sorts of those things. I'd rather contract the plague than darken the doorway of an establishment like one of those. It's a college town and on Fri and Sat nights there's lines out the door of identical looking white dudes with shitty beards and the same haircut all waiting to get in. It use to be such a nice old town area too. Mom and pop mexicn joints and antique shops. Now it's asian bowls, burger bars and crepes. If all of it and everyone there all burned to the ground nothing of value would be lost.
