The publisher asks the artist if they can do a cover for the book. He's mostly known for as a cover artist. He also teaches art as well so he has no time to draw an issue. His commissions start at 1000 usd if you want something nice from him. He visits the US about 2x a year (SDCC and NYCC) most of the time.
