| prince_leo 09/15/17 2:01:25 PM #17: | a couple years ago i'd have said no. we were basically best friends (only 1 1/2 years apart) and had a very similar friend group, also went to the same uni and lived together in an apartment but eventually I left the state for training in my big boy job, and after coming back we weren't that close. I left to do a detail in another state, and by the time I came back he and I had to force ourselves to hang out. fast forward to last christmas, and he brings his girlfriend to our family get-together. I can't stand anything about her, and he gets upset that I don't like her. today's his birthday, we talked on the phone this morning and it went well, but overall i'd say me leaving for my job set off a chain reaction that ended up with him dating an ogre I can't stand --- ...
