Acne wash never helped and eventually my distrustful nature convinced me that it wouldnt so they could get repeat business. So I asked my self what do people do that don't have acne problems do? They wash their face like any other part of their body. So I started just using a wash cloth and plain unscented Safeguard soap. After enduring about two weeks of a bright red tender burning face, my skin started to heal and become accustomed to it. Been pretty much acne free for 10 years.
