Fuck him, and fuck everyone around him. If he gets even a single calorie more than he needs, everyone in charge of him needs to bitch slapped to death and his funding stripped. Fuck it. Fuck this shit. Fuck people who get this fat and fuck everyone in their lives who let it get to this point. Fuck governments that pay for this shit without mandating drastic weight loss measures and extremely strict diet controls(exercise too once his legs can support his body...which won't be for awhile clearly) Like the only possible human emotions at this should either be extreme rage or extreme sadness. There is literally nothing positive about this and it is just about the pinnacle of human failure /rage Edit:.
