Apparently, it's one of the classics (my favorite things to read). It's pretty difficult, though. It's magical realism, where supernatural stuff happens but everyone just treats it normally and barely acknowledges it. Also, I keep having to ask my mom what some of the words mean. It's beautifully written, though. The name of that book sounds familiar. I feel as if a teacher of mine mentioned it when we began reading Don Quixote. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
