| Dark Silvergun 07/21/17 10:08:43 AM #125: | 7.12 - Discordant Harmony & 7.13 - The Perfect Pear August 5, 2017 Mid Season Hiatus Day 34 of 49 2017 Gold Cup: In the first game of the night, Jamaica got things started early with a goal in the first 6 minutes, and then fended off Canada's chances for the remainder of that half. In the second half, Jamaica came away with another goal early once again to make the score 2-0, but about 10 minutes later Canada did finally respond to cut Jamaica's lead by 1. Jamaica did limit the damage to to just that one goal, and held on to their 2-1 lead to win. In the last match of the night, Mexico similarily scored very early to take a quick 1-0 lead only minutes in. After the initial goal, neither Mexico nor Honduras could find a way to score, and the 1-0 score became the final for this one. The next match is Saturday with the United States taking on Costa Rica.
