I looked up an ending guide and supposedly the route split happens due to who you left in the basement.

If you leave Ashley in the basement or leave Andy in the basement and have him accept the deal, then it goes to the decay route for episode 3

If you leave Andy in the basement and have him decline the deal, it goes to the burial route for episode 3

Seems like you can only get the incest route option if you leave Andy in the basement and decline the deal >_> Whether you go incest or not doesn't change the Burial route too much for episode 2. Hopefully it pays off in episode 3 tho!!!!!!!
