I've heard the NFL has people who watch the ref bank accounts after the NBA betting scandal. I'd guess, if this is a betting situation then they've got accounts under fake names, a friend's name, or someone found using a prepaid card not linked to their personal account is how they've been getting away with it. --- Paula Wood.
