Weirdly, I hated it in my first time trying to play it. I felt like it was opressive, and eventually gave up after getting stuck in Fungal Wastes without a map. But then it stayed in my mind for almost a year, and I just had to come back to it, even if it was out of spite. But this time it just clicked. I loved the whole thing from start to end. I just finished with 107%, having done everything except Godhome and the Trial of the Fool. Not gonna do those though, I don't enjoy bosses THAT much tbh.
