This version is a bit more gruesome than the original because last time, Mileena only spat up the bones. This time, its mostly blood and flesh, with a few small bones in there. The sucking sound effect is crunchier this time too, as if bones are breaking for Mileenas meal to fit in her mouth. It could be worse she could be dislocating her jaw like a snake. Now that would be terrifying!

This is Kitanas nastiest kiss yet. She really needs to work on her technique, this cant keep happening! Using her fan to obscure the kiss is a cute moment to start this off before the corrosive horror begins. Fatalities like this one where the opponent melts are usually Reptiles domain, so its a refreshing change to see it from an unexpected character.

313. Bad Breath (Reptile, MKX)

As were talking about acidic fatalities, here comes Reptile, right on cue! For this one, acid isnt the main method. Rather, its used to soften up the opponent for the finishing blow. Maybe the acid was working too slowly for Reptiles liking, and he wants his opponent to hurry up and die already.

312. Acid Puke (Reptile, UMK3)

3 in a row. Oh baby, a triple! Acid is todays theme, it seems. The above fatality may be a more original use of acid, but its not beating full body corrosion. That goes double if the remains are still smoking from the acid.

311. Deadly Scream (Sindel, MK3)

When it comes to MK3 skin removal fatalities, I prefer this one to Sheevas, because it looks like Sindels scream is ripping the skin off, whereas Sheevas is more like taking off a skin suit. The wind generated from Sindels scream must be really strong to achieve this flaying effect. I wonder how many decibels it reaches?
