The effort it requires to get a 3rd stage char in R1999 is kinda ridiculous, but now I know how goddamn good it is.

Regulus has a thing where if she doesn't attack, then she gets a passive status that gives her 50% crit rate that boosts dmg if you're at 100%. It's just all around good, if not for the fact that you feel like she can't attack unless every other turn. Her ult, however, is really op and a great offense/defense tool at the same time. You want to be getting to it every time, and the best you can really do is just focus on fusing cards for the next turn, cuz that's minimum 2 moxie

But if you 3rd stage her, now she gains a Moxie every time you use that passive, which makes her get to 5 moxie a turn earlier at regular luck. Not only do you get a massive stat buff, you basically double her damage and defense. It's crazy
