This. Like in elementary school one of my friends was already a really good looking dude. And so many people (mostly adult women) commented on how he was gonna be a lady killer when he got older. And sure enough, he's hot as an adult. Sometimes you can just tell when a kid is gonna grow into some good looks. It still sounds kind of weird, but the intent is important.

It becomes creepy when you have people excitedly counting down until a celebrity turns 18, because "she's gonna be hot as an adult" like people did to Mikey Cyrus, Billie Eilish, etc.
