| skulltrumpets 11/14/23 9:41:06 PM #10: | Can't say I'm a huge fan of this Kirby track. It definitely ain't slouching, but in a soundtrack so solid, it feels kind of ... bland to me? An average, perfectly acceptable track ... I do like myself a good trumpet though. Already sung praises of Nilah plenty. May she continue to joyfully sing to her heart's content. Now this is definitely more my speed. Love the adventure in the main melody. Every time I listen I do wish the guitar and whistling sections had more meat to them. League is so good at setting up character with music. I feel so ... cold listening to this. And calm strength. Really great atmosphere without being dull with it. I really love it when this one leans hard into the desert sound. A bit cliched? Yeah, sure, but really fun. I think it does a good job keeping up with the variety.
