Someone also fired shots near the Vermont Comedy Club downtown, and the Police Chief basically said "it was a bit of mischief, no harm done" Same night? Jesus!! And ya, VT is chill but not immune to craziness. In fact, a Rutland officer got involved in a Cop on Cop shooting at about this time last year, in my town, in New York.
