Less than they deserved? Sure. But the former leader of the Proud Boys got over 20 years I believe. And the leader of the Oath Keepers got like 18 years. It's enough to take notice. These cultists don't account for consequences. They're not like the smarter organized crime types (mafia, etc.) who know going down guns blazing is dumb idea when they should surrender and call their lawyers instead. As far as these guys are concerned, "we're fucked if we fail but we're not going to fail." --- Depression, self-hatred and suicidal tendencies are not "being edgy."
