I got a DWI in March of this year, long story short I'm 90% sure I was drugged, but on top of that I was given felony evading arrest for not pulling over quick enough yet still obeying all traffic lights, signs, and speed limits. That got dismissed today. Unfortunately they do not do full toxicology reports on DEI cases if the alcohol content is over the legal limit and the place I was at does not have saved footage so I will never know if I was drugged, all I remember is drinking one half of a beer and waking up in jail missing $200 cash and a $300 pool cue There's nothing you can do to look into it?
