Like said, the people I watch typically only run ads once an hour because they have to in order to keep pre-rolls off, so I just... Change tabs and do something else for the like, three minutes while the ads run, since I know I'm not actually missing anything.
I can see it being a pain if you're watching Twitch for like, the hot tub/"just chatting" streams or whatever, though, since those types of streamers run ads like every 10 minutes. Like, let's be honest.
