One Medical isn't great.

Used to work for them. You pay a yearly fee for basically nothing but their "concierge service" which isn't really much different than regular doctor's offices.

One big benefit they push is that that their offices don't have direct phone lines, so the in office staff can focus on patients. So all calls are routed to a call center - which is drastically understaffed.

Not worth the $200 a year it costs standard IMO.

My job already gives me a service exactly like this for free along with medical insurance. Even though it's free I have never used it.
