The car is 100% lawfully in the right. They have the right of way and have no duty to yield to some idiot turning out into traffic. Video guy is going to get bent over if it goes to court. She has the right of way, yeah. But again, once he nosed out, she literally tried to drive around him, into the other lane, had to pull back into the left lane because she almost hit another car, then they collide. Her behavior is objectively NOT defensive driving, is aggressive, escalated the incident, and almost involved a third party.
