Pokemon x.y really were the best. If I still played pokemon, I would definitely have played the first foray into 3d. They had mega evolutions, they had shiny pokemon, they had gen 1 pokemon, they even had not bad looking starters! Sun and moon are good too for alola form but x y were something else with mega. It was like they finally had Digimon incorporated into pokemon.

Still upset we never got pokemon z. Or even x2 y2. Or heck even x and y at the very least considering black white 2 got one
