I'm probably not going to be even remotely competitive, as I'm not good at video games. I'll mostly be playing with my brother. I've always lacked dexterity and skill. Coupled with the pain and lack of concentration, I certainly haven't gotten better with age. It will just be a couple of 40 year olds playing around in our spare time.

The next game I'll pick up will probably be Elden Ring though. I wanted that, but my brother has been asking about Street Fighter for a while now so I figured I'd get something we could both play, even though he'd probably just watch me play Elden Ring all the same. Like he watched me play Dark Souls 1-3.

At least Modern Controls (or even Dynamic ones) might make things more interesting for SF6 even at a super casual level. You can easily do your special moves with just a direction and a button with that. Makes it much easier to perform the cool moves.
