You'd think they'd want to be open when most people aren't working their 9-5 though. Instead they overlap with most people's work schedule which leads to less people going and thus getting less people giving them money/ using their services. Move those same 8 (or however many) hours into the evening and they'd make more.

I'd think they wouldn't want to have shifts that would push into night time for security reasons.
