Never mind that Atlus has also been releasing a lot of their games on Steam lately. Persona 5 is the cash cow, it got a steam release because it's had 4 spinoffs by now. IDK why you'd compare the mainline series to the much more niche SMT, your logic is already flawed that far in. Couple that with the near decade it was from SMT IV>V, SMT IV never got a switch release or put on steam, so if you're basing this trend off of persona you're gonna be waiting the rest of your life. Also the Etrian Odyssey titles were worse on steam than they were on the 3DS, & same with P3. Atlus isn't going to put effort into a proper port of SMT V if they barely make the effort to not fuck up the persona 3 remaster, gamers have no collective memory for these companies apparently.
