he's got 2 failure to comply undertakings (july/august) and this now would be his 2nd failure to comply release order (the previous was the 2nd week of this month, for breaking the late september conditions). also this time gdad already submitted the text of gbro telling him to shut up and let him break compliance, making it clear that he still doesn't intend to comply. police/courts have that and there's no taking it back.

if they ever looked further back in his texts he'd be screwed, last week during keysgate he was threatening to leave the country lol (that was when he had my switch hostage =/)

but yeah there's plenty of reason for the judge tomorrow to just say no you don't get another chance and the sane part of the family is really hoping on that while gdad's brain seems to be entirely fried
