Large segments of the right dont want to continue to aid Ukraine but have no problems sending it to Israel. Large segments of the left want to continue to aid Ukraine but dont want to send it to Israel. Both countries were attacked. Both countries were/are US allies. Both countries are fighting for their survival. Both countries pose important interests for the US.
