* Vitali Gossjankowski is a capitol rioter who was convicted on multiple counts, including assaulting officers on January 6th. He was released pending sentencing, but is back in court today. He was sending one of the capitol police officers harassing, threatening, racist, and sexist text messages. So the DoJ wants him to be held in jail until sentencing. apparently this piece of shit got remanded into custody over his threats towards police officers, but he didn't want to go down without a fight.
