Topic	Should I be shaking hands with people I meet nowadays?

It's funny I now have no clue what's socially acceptable (thanks a lot, Covid). On the one hand, you don't know the other person's comfort level and you don't want to force them to shake hands if they prefer not to. You have to respect their comfort level, especially if they're older. On the other hand, we now know that Covid spreads by breathing the same air so if you're close enough to shake hands, you're already exposed to the virus.
