For the first option, there were a lot of GOP who were pissed at Trump after the midterms in '22 because the dipshits and loonies he backed were soundly defeated across the board. I can't imagine how it'll go down in '24 when he loses again, especially since Trump is clearly going to spend his entire run up to '24 crying about '20 still, even after it's been proven to be a lie.

For the second one, for all the "Teflon Don" talk, Trump is about to lose his businesses in New York, and he has three criminal trials coming up, criminal trials where there are mountains of evidence against him.

No one skates from 91 charges (91 so far) especially not with all the evidence against him.
