I saw it Thursday night and it was rough. Cena was horribly miscast and it was just straight up boring.

Cena's character started law school, dropped out, went into the military, got injured, finished law school and became a lawyer. When the movie takes place, he's been away from the military at least a decade. At no point does he properly convey his character's lot in life. Despite that, he's still comically overpowered anyway. Also, he has a bad back but they seem to forget about it almost immediately since it doesn't affect him for most of the movie.

I don't know who would've worked better for the character, but Cena just did not fit at all.

It's also weirdly pro-dictatorship. Kinda odd.
