Well they should've broke tradition, because now we have a more dangerous Republican in office now. Someone who is willing to overturn the election results. McCarthy wasn't willing to do this.

Is Johnson their fault? I wouldn't say so. But it's still not wrong to say that the Democrats have some responsibility for ousting McCarthy.
I would say it is their fault due to the fact that it was only 8 Republicans that voted him out, while it was all 212 Democrats that voted to oust him as well.

I don't know about you or anyone else. But with Johnson as Speaker, some crazy shit might happen in the next year. If Trump doesn't get indicted, that the chances of the election being overturned will increase if he wins, and since he's a MAGAT Republican, I can see him doing some crazy shit like shutting down the government in the name of "balancing the budget".
